Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
- Provide or organize training and development
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Resolve health and safety, legal and security issues
Skills Required:

- Have a minimum of 5 years as a Store Manager
Experience:
- You may be involved in various roles like stock management, pricing, merchandising, finance, and customer service. At least 5 years of experience as a store manager in a high-quality ice cream shop or hotel, including experience supervising employees and upholding high quality and hygiene standards.
