Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
• Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
• Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
• Provide or organize training and development
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
• Resolve health and safety, legal and security issues

Skills Required:

• The ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly

• The capacity to grasp new concepts quickly
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Have a minimum of 5 years as a Store Manager

Experience:

• You may be involved in various roles like stock management, pricing, merchandising, finance, and customer service. At least 5 years of experience as a store manager in a high-quality ice cream shop or hotel, including experience supervising employees and upholding high quality and hygiene standards.
